JOB Description and Responsibilities Technical Support Engineer with Minimum Experience of 1-2 years who has good knowledge of technical skills like java, Linux, Pl/Sql basic queries, networking, Log tracing in telecom domain. Required Skills 1. Candidate Should have hands on command of Linux. Monitor system logs and reports for error. Carry out testing of system. 2. Candidate Should have knowledge of Core and Basic Java. Advance java will get priority. 3. Candidate Should have knowledge of PL/SQL queries. 4. Carry out on site hardware and software installation like Servers, Switch etc. 5. Good in Speaking and writing both language - Bhasha and English.6. Good in Coordination with Client and Offshore team. Preferred Skills 1. It will be good also if candidate has knowledge or under standing of SMPP protocol or SMS gateway. Responsibilities 1. Candidate need to understand the architecture of Existing System and work on that. 2. Candidate need to communicate with client and report to offshore team for any kind of concern. 3. Candidate Should have knowledge of SLA and their delivery.
