Roles The Systems Sales Consultant coordinates technical pre-sales activities. He/she transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Liaise with representatives from Development and Implementation departments to design appropriate solutions and lead in the implementation of such solutions.
Principal Accountabilities - Presents and demonstrates products and all their detailed technical specifications - Gathers and analyzes clients' business and functional specifications for translation into a detailed design document - Liaises and coordinates with Development and Implementation Departments to design appropriate solutions - Designs and undertakes system testing and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) paying attention to transition from development and test to lifecycle - Presents regular project updates to the client, as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle - Proactively identifies and assesses any process risk and proposes solutions to eliminate or mitigate it - Troubleshoots implementation issues and provides alternate solutions where technical constraints impede the business process - Produces and maintains customer specific implementation documentation - Ensures projects are delivered to customers satisfaction within time and on budget
Skills and Experience - Hands-on experience of various ERP applications implementation within a variety of companies and industries, specific experiences in the Sales and Distribution module is helpful - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent influencing skills and experiences with large projects and large organizations - Ability to operate within complex projects and diverse teams - Ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of clients and a good team player

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Science - Fluency in English and Indonesian - Good working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, Javascript, XML), database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, SQL), B2B information exchanges (EDIFACT, AS1/2/3, ebXML)
