Job Description: Supports Accounts Receivable activity by reviewing and monitoring all accounts and maintaining appropriate controls to ensure accuracy of information. This includes analysis of monthly aging detail and explanation of variances from month to month. Also provides detail explanation of outstanding balances as requested.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularitie
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Manage the relationship and process the appropriate transactions and oversee the bad debt/collection process thru put ensuring all paperwork before submission
- Ensure consistency of information that is communicated to customers by acting as a liaison between billing, sales, finance, legal and other departments
- Handle specific monthly activity by preparing spreadsheets of write-offs and adjustments for approval by Management.
- Support Finance initiatives by working on special projects and reporting/analysis on system transactions and interfaces as assigned
- Male/ Female, Max 27 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree major Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with GPA min. 3.00
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to work within daily deadlines and schedules
