Requirements :

• Female, Max 30 years old
• Minimum of at least 3 years experience as a Section Head , preferably in insurance companies
• Have a good ability in English, Ms. Office, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (all concentration)
• Ability to direct the team and have a firm commitment
• Discipline, creative, innovative, and have a good interpersonal skill

 Qualification :

• Has successful story to generate new business and maintain existing accounts/clients.
• Maintain existing relationships in order to protect existing books of business

• Has experience for manage renewal polis and potential producers that have prospective business that meets the companies underwriting criteria
•  Provide feedback to the underwriting department to ensure quality service and underwriting standards are maintained
