PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi - WIKA Rekayasa Konstruksi or referred to as "WIKA Rekon" is a subsidiary company of state-owned construction firm PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA Group) with core business in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance (OM). WIKA Rekon concentrates its business activities in installation of mechanical, electrical, industrial and power plant projects.The majority of WIKA Rekon's shares is owned by WIKA Group with 90.04% shares ownership. The remaining 9.96% interest in WIKA Rekon is owned by Widjanarko Tantono, 4.95%; Ir Hastjaryo, 3.30%; and Suprapto, 1.70%. PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi which was previously known as PT Wijaya Karya Insan Pertiwi, was initially established in 1984 under the name PT Catur Insan Pertiwi. In 2008, PT Catur Insan Pertiwi transformed into PT Wijaya Karya Insan Pertiwi. The name of PT Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi was officially launched in 2013.
In term of financial performance, WIKA Rekon's total sales in 2014 reported 68.3% down, from Rp 375.84 billion in 2013 to Rp 116.79 billion. Total net profit decreased 59% from Rp 18.44 billion in 2013 to Rp 7.56 billion in 2014. This figures was stated by WIKA Group in its Annual Report 2014 as cited by lowongankerja.in.

Procurement Staff
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Civil Engineering with GPA min. 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of analytical thinking.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Able to work with target.
- Conscientious.
Marketing Staff
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Engineering with GPA min. 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Able to work with target.
- Have a good understanding about the market research and competitor analysis.
Accounting Staff
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Accounting with GPA min. 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Have a good knowledge of Accounting System (MYOB, ACCURATE, etc).
- Able to work with target.
Legal Officer
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Law with GPA min. 2.75 within 4.00 scales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Able to work with target.
Electrical Engineer
