- General office administration
- Provides secretarial support and to ensure that our cross culture team communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Arranges internal and external meetings, conferences. inclUding all logistics
- Producing reports, PowerPointcharts, meeting minutes, notes
- Documentation management, Information security management
- Assists in HR management of the department (recruit training assessment, etc)
- Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word: Excel, Outlook, power point etc.) (important criterion)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree or above from secretary major
- Min 1 year experience in secretarial job or office administration in telco industry
- Fluent in English & Mandarin is a must
- Should be able to do multi tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Self motivated, service oriented, a team player and leader strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time
- Willing to work underpressure and in fast changing environment
