According to PT MTF's Annual Report 2014 as cited by lowongankerja.in, Mandiri Tunas Finance effectively recorded an increase in total revenue by 29.79%, which is Rp 1.51 trillion, compared to Rp 1.17 trillion in 2013. Total comprehensive net profit in 2014 worth of Rp 233.99 billion, a 32.71% rise from Rp176.31 billion in the previous year.

Customer Care Service Officer Gresik (CCSO-GRSK)
- Education min. S1, all the majors.
- A minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4-point scale).
- Able to use computer especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and internet applications.
- Fresh Graduate / have experience in the field of Customer Service at least 1 year, preferably from finance companies / Bank
- Good looking.
- Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal.
- Have a good complaint handling capability.
- Friendly and have a soul to serve.
- Able to work in a team or individual.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Honest, independent and creative, conscientious, responsible, initiative, motivation high, and able to empathize.
